      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just subscribed my first Public Mobile service, after SIM activation, I can do outgoing call and SMS, but I can't receive incoming SMS or calls, what is the problem here?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How long ago did you do it? Did you port your old number? If you did you need to finish the whole setup with your old sim in. It can also take a bit for the transfer to complete&lt;/P&gt;</description>
