Also resetting your network settings and rebooting might fix this for you also if a simple reboot doesn’t fix it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can you use a friends phone to download app and activate then deluge app from their phone and you can manage your account on the website from there on out .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/326483"&gt;@Sundog&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;receiving the code does not need the PM app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but activation needs the app to complete the activation.&amp;nbsp; Are you just going through activation? if you haven't use the app yet, then the activation was not done&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think S8 has a new enough OS to install the PM app.&amp;nbsp; If not, you will need a friend to download the app and help activation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
