      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased a subscription and today received the new SIM card. But after I used the app on my phone to activate, it failed. It says “SUBSCRIPTION NOT ACTIVATED” and to contact a customer support agent. However I’ve been trying both on the app and on a browser to reach someone in the chat box and have not been successful. I’m only getting predefined responses it seems. Can you please help? Is there a phone number I can call? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
