      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/326183"&gt;@jinnrers&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- by what method did you activate the account? Desktop / web will not work, it must be through the public mobile APP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you just ordered a SIM Card, this is not creating an account, as these are different credentials than your My Account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using the app and having an issue, try logging out then logging back in. Or, uninstall the app, then reinstall it.
