I have unlimited international texting included with my package. I am traveling to US next week. Can I text to and from US with that package? I understand that I can text internationally if I am home in Canada, but what if I am in US, can i text back to Canada?

No, that is only for use when you are in Canada

you are in US, you need to buy roaming add-on, check which one you want. $30 for talk/text/data

or you can use free app , TextNow, it can text for free when you are in US, when you have wifi using the number assigned you by TextNow

The international texting is for texts sent from within Canada. If you are in the US I believe you’ll need a texting add-on for the US or have a Can-US plan
