      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Text doesn't use data&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. If you don't want to use data, turn off iMessage and turn on SMS.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have an iphone then in imessage turn on send as sms and send as mms. You should always be able to receive real sms texts as long as you're connected to cellular with active service.&lt;BR /&gt;If an Android then there is a chat option that you could turn off.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
