      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you check your account to see if it's been paid? Did you get notice your account was over due? Have you tried to reboot your phone? Sometimes you need to go into network settings and pick Public Mobile and reboot instead of having it on Automatic...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
