Make and model of phone? Turn on cell data of course.

You could be out of data. Please dial 611 from your cell phone and choose option 3. It will say "to review a summary of your current add-on usage", but it won't actually say how much you've used but rather will tell you how much data is left on your account (total of all avaialble plan data and add-on usage).

That 611 option requires the 4 digit account pin.
