Refer a Friend Points

Hi Everyone,

I need some clarification regarding refer a friend public mobile points. I referred both my Mom and Friend to Public Mobile this past weekend. Both of them already received their $10 credit. My question is do I receive the 2 points this month or will the two points be applied to my account next month? I received two text messages saying the following however I don't see the points applied to my rewards:

Cha-ching! You just added to your Refer A Friend Reward - way to go! Keep referring to earn more. View your Rewards at

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

It's 2 points that you would get at the time of your next renewal if you're on a 30-day plan (or at the start of the next 30 day interval on a 90-day plan) as long as both your referrals remain active.

@Bigjay83 , don't forget that points must be manually redeemed.
