Sending a PM to a CS Agent isn't helping. Some people here suggest going to the chatbot to write a ticket to a CS Agent when they know darn well it's not working. Can ANYONE here make any real contact with Public Mobile to tell them the link is dead and hasn't worked in months??? That's all we here from customers and the frustration of not being able to use the chatbot link to contact a CS Agent.
