I paid yesterday and I've got my SIM card now. How to activate my SIM card and transfer my number to Public Mobile?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did that, it tells me "phone is not eSIM compatible" (I checked before I start the whole process, the website told me my phone is eSIM compatible. After I pay for 3 months subscription, it says my phone is not compatible and need to get support. I've got a SIM card now and not able to continue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It would appear that phone is not esim capable. But now you have a sim. But you can't log in with the app.&lt;BR /&gt;I guess that's back to the previous reply with the support link.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
