    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/319566"&gt;@johnjohnalfred&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You don’t need to create a ticket to port your number in or out of PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just need the PM app and start there to port into PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are porting out, you need to contact your new carrier.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/319566"&gt;@johnjohnalfred&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact agent,&amp;nbsp;submit a ticket with CS agent:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you are customer already and want to port number to your existing account, login My Account, Profile and Transfer Phone Number to request it yourself.&amp;nbsp; But if you are porting from Koodo Prepaid, then yes, submit ticket&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are new customer and not activated yet, you can activate and request porting at the same time&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you already requested porting and looking to see the status, there is a number to call and check, I will message you the phone number to your Community inbox&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
