When I signed up in June, I paid for 3 months upfront and was told that it would be $39 per month thereafter. Now I just got a huge bill and it was for 3 months in advance again. That is not what I signed up for and I have no one to talk to. Your customer service is horrendous.

@BobbyB

the 90 days plan is $39/month but you have to pay $39x3 every 90 days, So, instead of monthly, you will be paying the 3 months charge upfront. This is how the 90 days plan was designed and how you save around $5/30 days or $15/90 days

You can change it back to regular 30 days plan if you prefer. Just login My Account, Change Subscription and pick the regular 30 days plan and select change on renewal.

I'd much rather see it advertised that way for increased clarity.
