      <title>Can't Get Sim Card Activated</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a phone that does not take eSim.&amp;nbsp; I bought Public Mobile Sim card.&amp;nbsp; I subscribed to Public Mobile plan but in that process it never too my Sim card details.&amp;nbsp; Now no service &amp;amp; I have been unable to activate Sim card and cannot get contact with customer service.&amp;nbsp; HELP!&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Because, you should not need to do that. Can you swap the esim to the physical sim card on your My Account? Is this where you have been unable to SWAP the sim number??
