Change in phone number error..

Hello... I have tried to change my number and it says Phone Number change failed

I have changed my number a few times this last month and every time I have got a number with spam calling or texting me 24/7 asking for the old owner, or I have had crazy ex-boyfriends of the old owner spam calling me,

Can you please fix this so I can pick a number, hopefully, that doesn't have these issues.

@maximilliennn sorry to hear about your trouble.

You are only allowed to change your number once per 30days. If you have already changed it once in the last 30 days that is why the system is not allowing you to change it again.

If you are getting spam calls , you can simply block them in your Android or iPhone.

If that doesn't work you can try sending a private message to @CS_Agent with your account info and see if they can help you out.

The limitation of one number change per 30 days is hard coded. Not even the moderator team can bypass this.
