    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I followed the app instructions to port my number over.&amp;nbsp; Using my IMEI and phone number.&amp;nbsp; This was unsuccesful.&amp;nbsp; I've trieed submitting a ticket through the chat bot but it just does the never ending circle when trying to sign in.&amp;nbsp; Can someone help me reset my transfer request so i can use my previous account number instead?&amp;nbsp; Or is there a number i can call to help get my number trasnferred?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/325568"&gt;@d-r0ck&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is always better to use account number.&amp;nbsp; IMEI always have trouble&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there is a porting team to call to update them with account number.&amp;nbsp; Will message you the number.&amp;nbsp; Please check. but it is now closed, call tomorrow morning instead&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I called the porting number and they said my account isn't active.&amp;nbsp; They suggested I get a temporary number before they can port anything over.&amp;nbsp; I've been trying to submit a ticket but I always get an error XXX code.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Is there any rep that I can speak to?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
