      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/322151"&gt;@Tom26&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you do NOT activate or Subscribe&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what you need to do , go to My Account, Profile, click on the pencil besides the sim card to update the sim number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have trouble logging into My Account because of 2FA, then click "Didn't receive code?" and then Send email&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you don't see send email as a choice, then&amp;nbsp;submit a ticket with CS agent and&amp;nbsp; they will update it for you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
