If not, you will have to create an EverSafe account with PM. Then when you are in the sign up process, enter the SIM card number. Once completed, then you can shut down the phone and insert the PM card. Once restarted you should see Public Mobile up top. Try a few test calls and texts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/325447"&gt;@BD68&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes, insert the new PM sim card to the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;test making calls and sending text.&amp;nbsp; Then test calling yourself from another phone and see if the PM sim receiving the calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;let us know if all good&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wait until your old SIM Card loses reception before inserting the new one, this is the best way to do it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
