    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently ported a number to public mobile, the ported number works perfectly. The issue is that Eversafe ID chose a random number (one I suspect would have been issued to me had I not ported a number) to confirm my id so I can log into my account, therefore leaving me unable to log on. I did message support but it has been quite a while and no fix as of yet, wasn’t sure if there is something I can do on my end. Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
