      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/325212"&gt;@BlackRaven&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The PM website and app is under maintenance right now so you can’t do anything tonight as staff are off until 9:00am and website/app should be up and running.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that didn’t work, it could be a provisional/backend issue with your SIM so you need to private message them at:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They will pm you back in the morning.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
