I'm helping my friend to get public mobile account however everytime I try to reset it system isn't allowing me to reset it after I locked out of the account.

My friend can't even login to public mobile and stupid thing is that this chat system is so stupid ask him to login even he is having trouble login to his account

Can someone unlock my friend account so we can complete activation? I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS SITUATION FOR A WEEK LITERALLY
