      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/293115"&gt;@tamar2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you log into your account and click on subscription, click the toggle to the left to turn off the sub and it will be cancelled.       <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/293115"&gt;@tamar2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you don't actually need your sim , you have couple ways&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can still login My Account to&amp;nbsp; go to Payment, Manage Subscription and disable Subsribed.&amp;nbsp; For the 2FA , just choose "Didn't receive code?" and choose email to get the code&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can also call 1.-855-4PUBLIC and use your account pin to disable Autopay&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;last, you can submit ticket with CS agent and ask them to remove the credit card or just help to disable autopay&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
