Need eSIM, can't get app

Right now I have a physical sim on my IPhone.

Got IPhone with Canada region and cannot get app due to not available in my region.

Got second phone with android, esim capable, got an app on it, but if I buy esim it will be installed on Android phone straight away?

Can I get esim on android phone for IPhone?

Why you guys complicate all things AF?

PM app is now mandatory to complete the activation process. If you cannot install the app yourself, have your friend to download the app for you on his/her phone and complete the activation.

HOWEVER. Do not let the app to install the eSIM on your friend's phone. At that step, stop the app from installing the eSIM. Check the Welcome email, there will be a QR code there. Use your own phone to scan the QR code and install the eSIM on your own phone

@flv372ja47hp You can also change the region in the App Store itself tap your name in the App Store and select Canada you should be able to download the app on the iPhone

Activated long time ago, so I have a physical SIM. But would like to switch to e-sim.

Is it possible to switch to e-sim with Temp Android phone and get QR for IPhone?

With the given fact it was activated a long time ago?

nope...esim is a 1-shot application. You can't transfer it to a different phone. Which iPhone are you talking about ? PM itself is kinda confused about which iPhones qualify.

I would prefer to leave it with physical sim myself. It is trouble and costly to move eSIM to another phone.

But if you like, you can switch to eSIM,. You need the app to buy eSIM. So, change the App store to Canada to install the app. An alternate way is to install the app on another phone. You can then login My Account using the app and buy eSIM. After you purchase it, instead of having the app to install the eSIM , you will scan the code form your phone and install the eSIM. If you don't see the eSIM QR code after you purchae one, submit a ticket with CS agent and ask them to send you via email

@flv372ja47hp , you stated that your iPhone is set to Canada Region but is your App Store set to Canada Region? Is so I don’t understand why you are unable to download the Public Mobile app onto your iPhone! I have it! Please double check in your app store if the County/Region is set to Canada.
