      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have a physical sim card or an e-sim card? If the former, just take the sim out and put it in your new phone. If the latter you need to purchase a new esim via your self serve account because they can't yet be transfered between devices.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just start the port request with other provider (other phone) and keep PM SIM card in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text . And only use PM account number don’t use the IMEI as it’s not needed even if it asked for it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’), reboot your phone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" color="#800080"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;(I had my data on plus my Wi-Fi was turned on &amp;amp; connected to my home internet&amp;nbsp;to be sure I had all connections while doing this)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" color="#800080"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I received an email notifying me that my SIM Card changed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" color="#800080"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;‘I can not stress this enough… please be patient when installing the eSIM’.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" color="#800080"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Turn On This Line"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/skins/images/F200FB2F4F1C3E5A899671ADD1EF5CF0/responsive_peak/images/image_not_found.png" alt="Turn On This Line" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
