What type of phone do you have?

While you are roaming in the United States, you can make calls to anywhere in the United States and back to Canada. While roaming in the United States, you will receive calls from Canada and the United States. As if you were sitting in your living room. 🙂

No, go in to settings, about phone, status information, sim card status and look for any mention of IMS and that it says registered. For a further piece of proof, on that screen you see mobile voice network type. Make a call and see if that line changes to UMTS.

Then you should have no problems. Leave networks on automatic and mode on LTE and roaming data on. That will give you the ability to use all services on both T-Mobile and AT&T as you go in and out of each others range/coverage.
