      <title>I need customer support to fix payments asap</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to speak with customer support and need assistance with my account asap.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased my regular $40 plan as I do every month, 4 times now as the data was not working and I am now seeing when I log in that each time Public Mobile processed this as an add-on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just needed to renew my plan I want this corrected and the chat bot and automated service just wasted 2 hours not processing anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need this corrected so I can work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt; needed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Post the screenshot and maybe we can tell what's wrong&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;of course, submit ticket if you cannot find the reason&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
