I purchased 3 gigs of data as an add on four days ago. It shows up in my payment history but not on my add ons tab. How do I start using it?

Click on the little spinner refresh icon by the shop add-ons button.
Is this the roaming data? If so is this a re-buy of the same one?

just reboot your phone and try to use it.

and for My Account, could be a cache problem so you don't see it. You can use Incongit/Private/secret mode on your browser and login My Account again and it should show

And or lap top /computer

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
