I figured the same thing, probably an outdated inactive list and a system sending it out.

I hate to say it but getting messages like this that don't apply, and sent to the wrong people is quite a common issue at the moment.

I got a message telling me my account was Suspended.. when that was also just sent in error and everything was actually fine. 🤣

'We're prepared to win you back with this special offer.'

I got two Emails from Public Mobile to two of my emails today. One of the emails used to have an Account that has since closed, and the second Email was the same situation but it's currently Active with a new Public Mobile Plan again.

Both got this email, one with an Active Subscription and one without.

It's offering me 15 Points if I come back using those email addresses so i presume, however what if they already 'Won me Back' before sending this email to the one with an Active Subscription, would I still be eligible for those 15 Points on that Account? 🙃🤣

They don't have to do much to win me back since I'm still a customer and never left, I'm just curious has anyone else with an Active Subscription ever got one of these emails?

Hi @Priority , Well, that's interesting. 🙂 I'd say they would not be giving you the points on an already active subscription. Maybe it's a glitch, or maybe it's being generated from an outdated inactive list.

Maybe post this in The Lounge to see if there's a wider Community audience that has had these issues? I'm not sure where there would be greater visibility to an issue, Get Support or The Lounge?
