Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. &amp;nbsp;Type &lt;STRONG&gt;CS_Agent&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the SEND TO box. Only public mobile representatives have access to your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My guess, you didn't remove the payment method from your account?? Can you still log into My Account? If so, your account is still active. Remove Autopay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or, did you port your public number to another provider?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
