If not give it a try . And when choosing the option that you have a sim card it should then ask you to input the sim card number you need sim to activate .       <title>Login and Activation Issues for New User</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,I'm a new user. I created an account and purchased a subscription along with a SIM card a couple of days ago. I received a message indicating that the SIM card has been shipped. However, upon logging in, I am presented with two options: "Resume Activation" or "Login." When I click on "Login," I am redirected to the login page, and the same page keeps reappearing in a loop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I choose to "Resume Activation," I am prompted to select a SIM card. I opt for the choice indicating that I already have a SIM card. However, I am then asked to log in again, which leads me to the same login page I encountered when I initially clicked on "Login."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have attempted to reset my password multiple times, but I continue to encounter difficulties logging in.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue. I tried many times and it kept on going back to the login page. I finally resolved it by clearing my browsing history (I am using Chrome) and it finally allows me to continue with entering the SIM information and activate my phone. Not sure whether it will work for you but give it a try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Yes,&amp;nbsp; it is a cache problem.&amp;nbsp; In the future, you can also use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser and it should work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
