I am paying for 5 g. But I am not getting 5G service. Why?

Public Mobile's 5G plans change the maximum download spees to 250Mbps. However, all plans allow access to the same networks.

What's the make and model of the phone? I only see 5G when I turn on cell data. Did you set your phone networks to 5G etc.

hi @Subarlou57 what phone you have? do you have the network mode set to 5G or automatic and try in different places? With Automatic, some phones won't use 5G if the download not big enough

And test the speed and tell us how fast you are getting
