      <description>&lt;P&gt;As other have stated, sadly no. You can not. However, you can always download TextNow or Fongo while here in Canada, get a local number where you are and then call forward your PM number to that so when you have free WiFi in SK, you can use your phone still. You just have to answer through the app. People from Canada can still call you and you can still call back to Canada. Just a thought.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
