    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to activate/reactivate my account after I login as the system wants me to relogin but gives me a message that the userID and password do not match. sending a direct message does not work. and neither does the request for a service ticket. This has to be the worst&amp;nbsp; system I have ever used&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you ever set up an Eversafe ID? &amp;nbsp;Sometimes Eversafe doesn't like the previous PM password in which case it may say the ID and password don't match, &amp;nbsp;in which case resetting the password may help. &amp;nbsp;Eversafe came in fairly recently so if you are a returning customer you may have missed setting it up. Perhaps a bit more detail as to what you are trying to do might help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
