    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, I need to talk to a human please how can I contact someone &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt; This is a very specific problem that I can't find a solution for. I purchased the sim to come to Canada and I forgot to cancel the line when I didn't need it anymore so I've been paying a line that I'm not using. I don't find the sim and I don't have access to my account I think it has been blocked. I can't find any email or anything I'd need to cancel this number.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then the evening before that date (eastern time) log in to your credit card account and put the card on pause. Then later the next morning (eastern time) unpause the credit card. That will stop the account from renewing.&lt;BR /&gt;If you know your 4 digit account pin then you can use that toll free to turn off the subscription (autopay) as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
