My setting has no enable volte option but telus site says my phone is compatible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Someone please enable it on my device or tell me how&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Turn off wifi put network to LTE make a phone call will it stay in LTE or drop to 3G if is drops voLTE is not enabled . But if it stays in LTE it’s enabled&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Because some phones let a dial code work to find information. Others don't. Samsung often don't. So..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you go to settings, about phone, status information, sim card status and look for any mention of IMS and if it says registered?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Then a last check is to make a call and then see if that line changes to UMTS. It looks like you do not have volte enabled for the device.&lt;BR /&gt;The Samsung Note 10 is not on the list that Public shows. But then nor is one of my Samsungs that does have volte. Volte has been severely limited around here.
