Hi @marie_sam1964

You can sign up at public mobile, open an account, pick which plan you'd like, then enter your credit card info and all required info to get started. It will ask what the SIM card number is. Once everything is set, you can place the SIM card into your phone and then reboot it. From there, you should be able to start making calls and texts.
