    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was unable to port my number from rogers because the data entered at public mobile by agent did not include the rogers account number. I have tried to send ticket over 10 x. &amp;nbsp;I did speak to rogers and they confirm they cannot port.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
