      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone number and data are not working. I am not sure why so.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I log in to My Account it said "Your service is on hold." I clicked "Pay Now and Resume service". After I click "Pay Now" It shows "&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry, we're not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later.&lt;/SPAN&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's wrong with the services??? I have been using Public Mobile for 2 years, and this is the first time it happen like this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NEED HELP ASSP!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
