Hi, someone can help me.

I have 1G data. But I can't send multimedia message or receive pictures..

My cycle just renewed from 12 August 12 to November 11.

1. Turn on cell data.
2. Check APN settings: (adding - assuming you have an Android. someone else can advise on iphone)

Name: whatever you want
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
APN type: default,mms,dun
APN enable/disable: APN enabled - probably on anyway and greyed out
MVNO type: GID
MVNO value: 4D

Save, then select to use, then go in and out of airplane mode

Check that your MMS is on.
