Us roaming plan not working

It wont let me call us numbers .. tried rebooting my phone and still not working. Saying i have no minutes left. How do i fix this

you are in US now and unable to call? The roaming plan does not have limited US calling minutes. Try to call with the 1 in front of the 10 digits as well as without

also, try both T-Mobile and AT&T network

@Gautreau That’s a US roaming add on for when you’re in the US . Did you get that by accident and just wanted US long distance add on maybe . If not reboot the phone and make sure your connected to T mobile or AT&T

add in the event you purchased the wrong add on you can ask support if they will reverse this for you and get the proper add on . You can use this direct link to support

Im in canada atm, going to the us in the morning and wanted to call some places to make reservations

you should still be able to call US from Canada using this plan

if you don't want to spent too much time troubleshoot, download VoIP app TextNow and make the call to US for free

@Gautreau Ok it won’t work until your in the US also note there are Canada US plans right now for $50 40GB of data that you can call to and from the US and use your services in the US like your here at home . Depending on the plan you have now it might be cheaper or have been cheaper to go that route

Then no you can't use that add-on. For this one day get one of those voip apps like TextNow and call there. Then when you get there you can use the add-on to do more calling.
Do you know if your phone has been enabled for volte yet?
Turn on roaming data also. I suggest setting the phone 4G LTE if it's currently set on 5G.

@Gautreau you are not in the US...so you can't use a US roaming package. You need to add a calling package to call the US from Canada.
