Also is it possible for you to try the SIM card in another phone to test&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to test the Sim card to see if it works. I only have one phone. I will try rebooting the phone as you have suggested.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm gonna guess that the issue is a local network problem, especially if those other guys were experiencing similar problems. Try the cell in a different part of the city, if possible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
