      <description>&lt;P&gt;I wanna change my plan to monthly and unlimited TXT and provincial talk and 5 gigs for 62.00 starting on my renew date tomorrow! I picked my plan but it didn't change and says I owe 120 instead of 62... Help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try the futuredating button?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know there have been some issues with some plan changes. My suggestion would be to make a 1 time payment for new plan cost. Then ask mods to change it manually today. (1day early) that way you know things will go well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If your phone is working&amp;nbsp;AND you "future dated" the plan change just leave things alone. The new plan and rate should kick in tomorrow.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If being 100% sure you won't lose service is critical to you, follow the earlier suggestions and change your plan now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
