      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have set up a new account, and entered a SIM #. Continuously get "&lt;SPAN&gt;Payment Failed! Please try again or use a different payment method." error when trying to pay. It appears that there may be an address page that is required to fill out before processing payment, but it skips past and when I click on "Back", it doesn't go there either.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
