    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had an active account for 2yrs. i have tried everything to sign on to my account and still cant access it. it gets stuck in a loop of wanting me to register/set up a new account, but doesnt go anywhere, and i already have an accout, phn number that i have been using and paying for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Back in March I think, the website changed over to EverSafe ID. A security measure to keep folks account safer. Did you sign up after then or before then. If before, you will have to sign up again for a new account. If you're having issues doing so, go into your browser settings and clear your history cache and cookies, close browser and re open it and try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've also found that accessing your account via PC avoids a lot of these issues. For some reason when I use my phone for public mobile related things, it's a lot glitchier.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
