But I don't know of any that do. It's a little revenue stream for them. If a number is ported out the account is dead/sim is dead. If an account gets fully deactivated after 90 days of suspension the account is dead/sim is dead. However, these sims do not have any expiration when never activated. Some do.&lt;BR /&gt;Of course we still have no clue what the customer actually wants here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah no, once a sim is deactivated it's done for good. No carrier that I'm aware of allows you to reuse an old sim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
