Auto renewal rewards

Hi,

‘I just switched my subscription from 5g 30 gb to 4g 20gb plant starting 25th September.just want to make sure my 2 dollars auto renewal award will be applied when the payment is taking from credit card. I have registered my credit card. Just need confirmation that reward will be applied on September 25th.

If you have been getting that reward all this time then you will continue to get it.

@dust2dust is 100% correct. As long as you don't change things to the new point system, you will continue to get all your old Legacy Rewards. NEVER EVER CHANGE IT!!

@Iamnana You will continue to keep you old rewards I can confirm I change plans often and have always kept my old rewards . Just make plan change for next renewal and not immediately or you lose money in your current cycle
