for some reason my voicemail isn’t working. I can’t listen to any voicemails that anyone leaves me. Every time I try to listen to a voicemail it says error dismissed. I don’t know what to do

As weird as this may sound... have you tried rebooting your phone?

Try directly dialing 1-778-580-4001 and enter your number and when a greeting starts press the * key and then your voicemail password.
