      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you buy the talk/text/data? Then while that was still active (&amp;gt;1/15) did you buy the 3gb data? Did you use all the first 3gb data? I wonder if it didn't like the duplication of the 3gb even though the other was probably done but not expired.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah I think that's where the problem is. This was a problem with the talk part. Seems it might also be a problem with data. You could ask support to make it all happen or you could try buying the 1gb roaming add-on to see if that works. Then you could ask support to credit you the 3gb cost if the 1gb works. Then when the bundle fully disappears you could buy it again.&lt;BR /&gt;The re-buying of roaming add-ons has always been tricky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is how this place works. If you need the live human aspect then you need to go elsewhere.&lt;BR /&gt;But we're all human. Support are human.&lt;BR /&gt;The 4G LTE option might give you AT&amp;amp;T. Otherwise T-Mobile should work on either 5G or 4G. Can you change to T-Mobile. But still I wonder that the duplicate data might be the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
