    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to update the payment method for my son's account. His phone plan was canceled without warning when my credit card expired. We can't sign in because&amp;nbsp;he's been locked out for weeks. I had to create a completely new account just to sign in to get help!! Very frustrating. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You will see a plus button at the bottom left above the My Account tab.
