login and logout

I need to change the PAP credit card info. for my wife. We are both Public Mobile customers. When I click on the saved website I have on file I am automatically logged in with my name and account saved password information (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca).

I do not see anywhere on the web page where I can simply logout so my wife can login with her name and password (or vice versa). Is there a different website I should be using?

Try clearing cache and cookies and using an incognito tab to login.

can we assume you've already created an Eversafe account for wife ?...if not, you gotta do that.

@Marius1 You can also use the new PM app to sign in on your wife’s account if using the same device . Or just use her device to login into the website on her account, and your device for log into your account . Then no need to clear caches and use incognito mode private mode each time

There is a "Logout" button hidden at the bottom of the left-hand side menu.

It took me a minute to find the arrow on the left that displays the left hand menu. When I did, it was nice and easy to find the logout option.
